In this dictionary we collected definitions of some terms we use on our site.
We define the meaning of these terms deliberately to avoid ambiguity of the texts
on our site. The fixed definition of the terms doesn't mean that it is going to
stay unchanged in the future. As our research develops the definitions can be
revised and corrected if the necessary argumentation is provided. To compare
some terms several definitions are given and the definition of the authors is
always the first.

| HACKER a programmer, who designs, modifies and debugs computer programs in his free time.

| PROBLEMATIC BOUND RESOURCE(problematic resource), resource is a cause of relations between systems, which limits the possibility of use of the resource by one or a set of systems.
