Samara foundation "Free Resources" was created in 2000. The main objectives of the foundation are:

• conducting scientific research on free resources in contemporary society and its support;
• analysis of problems connected with functioning and development of free resources;
• launch and support of the public movement "Free Labour Resources".

Our mission:

• theoretically-scientific and practically-scientific researches of the Free resources phenomenon, its works, production, usage, and social and of human and social communication.
• prognostics and monitoring investigation of social free resources.
• attraction of financial, material and other resources for achievement of abovementioned objectives.
• informational, organizational, material and financial supply of scientific researches and initiatives, focused on development of society by the means of free resources potential usage.
• Social Foundation “Free Resources” usage aimed to formation and supply social work resources movement. The organization has a great experience in sociocultural engineering.

To achieve the above goals the foundation organises research projects to investigate the laws of appearance and existence of free resources in society, the laws of change of the social relations, including economic relations, depending on changes in the state and structure of free resources of the society. Organisation of the research is based on the principles of developing open source software , involving research conducted by a community of scholars with non predefined size and structure.

We invite everyone who cares for his/her own future and the future of the society to jointly develop our project or start his/her own project that could be supported by our foundation and people interested in studying and developing free resources of society.
